We work by appointment only so you can enjoy personalized attention in a calm, supportive setting. Please bring 3–4 trusted guests if you’d like second opinions. Know your dress budget in advance and be prepared to make payment for dresses, veils, jewelry, or alterations on the day of your visit. Wear nude or beige undergarments for try-ons; shoes are not necessary. And yes—champagne is on us when you say “yes to the dress!”
What Should I Expect When Purchasing a Dress?
If your wedding is months away, we’ll take your measurements and order the dress in your size. Short on time? We offer off-the-rack dresses and select designer options with expedited delivery. You can also choose a custom-made dress—designed and built just for you.
What Is the Price Range of Your Wedding Dresses?
Off-the-rack dresses: Starting at $300
Made-to-order designer dresses: $1,300–$4,500
Custom bridal dresses: Starting at $5,500
What Sizes Are Available?
We carry sample dresses in bridal sizes that typically run smaller than standard clothing sizes. We can order dresses in sizes 0–28 and custom-make dresses to your exact measurements.
How Long Do Orders and Alterations Take?
Off-the-rack or rush orders: A few weeks
Standard dress orders: 3–6 months
Custom-made dresses: 8–12 months
Alterations: Typically 1–2 appointments, ideally scheduled 2–3 months before pickup (rush options available)
Do You Provide Dress Care Services?
Yes! We offer professional pressing/steaming, stain removal, cleaning, and preservation—including acid-free dress boxing for long-term storage.
What Should I Bring to an Alterations Appointment?
Bring the shoes you’ll wear on your wedding day and any necessary undergarments. Be ready to pay for alterations at the time of service. Whether you bought your dress from us or elsewhere, you’ll receive the same expert care—with a gift and a coupon for cleaning and preservation.
Do You Sell Shoes?
No, we do not carry bridal shoes at this time.
What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?
All sales and services—including dress sales, alterations, cleaning, and preservation—are final.
